Pairing traditional elements from your home bar is an easy way to add an unexpected sophistication & whimsy to your floral arrangements. Here, we've used copper cups (traditionally used in making Moscow mules) as our vase and paired it old hardcover books and a cool Hendrick's Gin bottle. You just can't beat the styling of the the Hendrick's Gin bottle - the straight edges, artwork and typography on the label look like something straight out of the 1920's!
We used fresh green hydrangeas and carnations, which are a beautiful contrast to the modern styling of the copper cups. Just a word of warning, though. Don't leave your copper cups full of water overnight or they may be damaged. A few hours will not harm them & just make sure to thoroughly dry them out once you've cleaned them. I've allowed the deep green leaves to hang over the edge of the cups so as to lay a foundation for the bottle and depth to the decor. This is one of my favorite arrangements we've discussed yet, and it would look beautiful on your bar, buffet, cart or would also be great at a party - so fun!
